About Us


History

Telecomunicaciones VG started operations in 1993 in Monterrey, Mexico as an AT&T BCS Mexico (later Lucent Technologies) reseller of Telephone systems. Since then, VG expands its operations to cover the major cities of Mexico.

In 1999, VG became AVAYA (former Lucent Technologies) authorized Service Center and achieves full certifications becoming one of the most important Avaya Gold Business Partners in Mexico.

During 2007, VG became CISCO Premier Partner and achieved the Advanced Unified Communications certification.

Telecomunicaciones VG has expanded with offices in Mexico and in the United States:

    We have Avaya Certified Engineers on each of the 3 knowledge levels. All of our sales staff have at least one Avaya certification to solution Design based on customer requirements.
